Recordings of Municipal Meetings

A word about audio minutes ---

These recordings are in the digital media recording format called MP3. You will need software like Windows Media Player, Apple QuickTime, RealPlayer or any of the many other digital media players available today. Many of these programs are packaged with other software and hardware you may have, and so, most users will be able to play the recordings without any additional steps. For most people, the process of accessing these files will be to select a file from the list of recordings and allow your local computer to identify the proper software to open and play it.

If selecting the file does not result in the file opening and playing on your computer, you have a couple of choices. You can locate and install a media player program like those referred to above, you can take the option to download the file if that option is presented, or you can right-click on the link to the file and use the Save Link As command to download the file to your computer or an MP3 player (for example, an Ipod). In some cases, a program you already have that may not play the recording from this website will play it from your computer using the downloaded file.

Windows Media Player is pre-installed on computers running Windows operating systems like XP and Vista when you get them. You can obtain a free download of Apple QuickTime from this link or RealPlayer from this link.
